Inter Club

The Brooks Gymnastics Club's InterClub Program is an advanced recreational program providing athletes with a solid foundation for gymnastics, giving participants the opportunity to perform routines at various fun show cases, that are optional, throughout the year. Our InterClub athletes train 2-4 hours per week. We offer Men’s (basic) and Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, and Trampoline and Tumbling disciplines within our InterClub Program. Participants interested in the InterClub Program must be assessed or attend tryouts depending on spot available. Athletes who make it into our InterClub program will be given their own personal program based on age and skill level. Assessment Required!

The Nationally recognized CANGYM program for recreational gymnastics classes is a badge
system that develops skills, allows coaches to evaluate athletes in a consistent manner, as
well as motivates athletes and lets parents monitor their progress as they move up through
the program. CANGYM is intended for all athletes from beginner through to entry level
competitive. Athletes prefer to be with others of the same age and ability, and therefore
separate the badge levels according to age.
